UX / Product Designer · London, UK

I design the moments where people meet systems.

Research-led product and interaction design for experiences that need to feel clear, human and trustworthy — from enterprise platforms to physical–digital products.

01 · OBSERVE

Start with what people actually do.

Research, contextual enquiry, usability testing and behavioural signals help separate the stated problem from the experienced one.

02 · FRAME

Find the tension worth designing for.

From neighbour conflict to career confidence, I turn messy observations into a clear design question.

03 · PROTOTYPE

Make the system understandable.

Flows, interaction models and high-fidelity prototypes make invisible rules, states and decisions visible to people.

04 · VALIDATE

Let behaviour change the design.

Testing is not a final checkpoint. It is where assumptions get challenged, scope gets prioritised and the next version becomes sharper.

What I bring to a product team.

I care about the gap between a requirement and a working experience. That means questioning assumptions, testing early, communicating clearly with stakeholders and developers, and knowing when a finding should ship now versus become a larger product conversation.

Have a problem worth exploring?

Let's make the complicated feel clear.

I'm interested in thoughtful product teams working on experiences where research, interaction and systems thinking can make a real difference.
